“9 in 10 people survive bowel cancer when diagnosed at the earliest stage.”

That message from Bowel Cancer UK is a reminder of how powerful awareness, early intervention, and community education can be.

At Sorcha Recruitment, we believe healthcare is not only about workforce solutions; it is also about supporting healthier, stronger, and more informed communities.

As an organisation working closely with healthcare and social care professionals, we understand the importance of prevention, advocacy, compassion, and access to information that can genuinely save lives.

That is why supporting initiatives that encourage conversations around symptoms, screening, and early diagnosis matters so much.

To all healthcare professionals, carers, support workers, nurses, advocates, and organisations working every day to improve outcomes for individuals and families; thank you for the work you do across our communities.

Together, awareness can make a difference.
