Encouraging a sense of ‘up’ in our day to day movements is a thing an Alexander Technique teacher brings to the learner. It’s so easy to subtly be compressing down in the spine unaware in so much of what we do. Hence back ache/knee pain etc - poor habitual movement. Two workshops coming up. One specifically tailored for hairdressing profession. And gardeners. There is another two general classes 12/19th June… will be posting.
