Good luck to our Care at Home team - grading will be announced tomorrow!!!

Yesterday we completed our unannounced Care Inspectorate inspection for our Care at Home service.

During the inspection, the Care Inspectorate focused on the following key areas:

• People's health and wellbeing benefiting from their care and support.
• Quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Staffing arrangements and teamwork.
• Assessment and personal planning that reflects people's wishes and outcomes.

We are incredibly proud of our dedicated team, who work tirelessly every day to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support. The inspection provided an opportunity to showcase the commitment, compassion, and professionalism that our staff bring to the people we support.

A huge thank you to our team, the people who use our service, and their families for their ongoing support and valuable feedback throughout the process.

We are looking forward to receiving our results tomorrow and will share an update as soon as we can........

👩‍🏫 MEET THE TEAM

Meet Kelsey, a Training Officer at GSR Training. Kelsey joined the team in June 2024, bringing valuable experience from her previous role as a Registered Midwife within NHS Grampian.

Kelsey plays an important role in supporting learners throughout their journey, helping to build their confidence and skills from the start to the end of each course. She particularly enjoys seeing learners progress and achieve their goals, using real-life scenarios to bring training to life.

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys relaxing with a good book on the sofa with her dog. She also enjoys hillwalking, running, and spending time with family and friends.
