Sometimes the most important thing we do isn't dispense medication. It's simply taking the time to listen.

A few years ago, one of our pharmacists, Lee, supported a young man called Sam through one of the most difficult periods of his life.

This week, Sam returned to thank Lee with a copy of his newly published book and a heartfelt dedication.

We're incredibly proud of Lee for showing the compassion, kindness and genuine care that community pharmacy is all about.
