I wouldn't want to pass this onto anyone.
I am hoping to be somewhat back to myself next week.
For those I have had to reschedule or cancel I am sorry 😞. This virus has completely wiped me out. Xx

Unfortunately tonights meditation and healing session will be cancelled.
I am sorry, I am on day 3 of bed rest, this virus has completely wiped me out.
The next session will now be on the 29th of October.

Remembering you deserve time out and peace.

You take care of everyone else and make sure everything gets done but when do you take care of your needs?
When do you listen to your body?
If your constantly tired and feeling rundown its your bodies way of saying slow down, take a break and you know what happens of we dont listen to these smaller signs?

We end up ill 🤒 thats your body's way of saying i did warn you but you didnt listen.

I am guilty of this too.
