♡•° Welcome August °•♡ ⚖️
I hope this is a kinder, more gentle month than July 🙏
I have been pondering whether I continue with this page, it seems to have brought me some really nasty, malicious and disgusting interactions. Not from strangers either, these are people i grew up with and classed as friends until lately.
This page has always been about healing and bringing love and support to those who need it.
Healing comes from the depths of despair, ill health, loss, grief, change and uncertainty.
I have been sharing my journey for years now and this past 2yrs I have really wanted to share the help I have found myself in living with FND and its multitude of life altering symptoms.
My family have also been going through utter hell in a situation where instead of being protected we were thrown into the firing line and left to get help on our.....well infact MY own yet again.
So, life has been far from peaceful and there have been many many dark days where if it wasn't for my kids I would not choose to be here.
Instead I have paid for workshops, rehabilitation, therapy and utilised everything I can find on recovery strategies in order to have a few days in one week where I can function and lead a small but normalish life.
Being scrutinised, reported, judged and spoken about like I no longer deserve to be a part of humanity is not only heartbreaking for me, but impacts my kids too.
To be told I do not have a diagnosis or have my illness rediagnosed by people with zero medical experience, then have my page watched over and over by people in their circle with no connection to any of the stuff I actually share on here is beyond my comprehension of normal behaviour.
Seriously, is this what we are doing to each other? Does my illness make a single bit of difference to your lives? Am I hurting you or your loved ones?
If sharing my journey in a bid to help others with this condition is making me a target and robbing me and my family of our peace then its no longer for me.
I have enough going on without this.
Thank you all for your support over these past few years, I am grateful.
Have a peaceful weekend and try not destroy someone who is barely hanging on 💛
Love Kimmy ###
