Time to get out your salt and cinnamon, open your front door ( or whichever one you use predominantly ) and blow into your home

Salt for protection and cinnamon for health, prosperity and abundance.

♡°Happy Wednesday you beautiful Souls°♡

My body has not been functioning the way I would like it to lately and it has been getting to me a bit.

However, I decided it will please itself and obviously is throwing up symptoms in order for me to process something or stop trying to prove my worth and abilities.

This morning I decided to have my breakfast in my amazing healing garden ( what a gift to have been left this by the previous family 🌳)

Nothing heals, clears or resets quite like nature in its full magical glory.

☆ I am very grateful for my surroundings

♡ I am very grateful for my tasty coffee

☆ I am super happy and proud of my eldest who secured an apprenticeship this week!

♡ I am very grateful for my kiddos and everything they have handled so far in their journeys on this planet

☆ I am very grateful for the two wee birdies who are chirping round my feet 🐦

So, my body clearly needs me to rest just now and I am doing this with no guilt at last.
No worry about what people will think of me, if I will be judged or criticised for having an unpredictable chronic illness.

I am resting and giving in, I am listening to my body and putting myself first at last.
