🚨 URGENT NOTICE - 7:45am, 17 August 2026

We are currently experiencing severe IT service disruptions which are affecting access to our clinical systems and other essential services.

As a result, we are able to deal with urgent medical problems only at this time.

We kindly ask that you only contact the surgery this morning if your problem is urgent and cannot safely wait until later.

Our IT service provider (DHCW)has been contacted, and we are awaiting further updates.

We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please do not attend the surgery unless you have an urgent appointment or have been asked to do so by a member of staff.

We're sorry but the lift at Bridge Centre is currently out of service again. It's been reported to Aneurin Bevan University Health Board but we have no timescale for repair.
If you have access issues please contact reception and we will try our best to accommodate you.

We are really sorry but the lift at the Bridge Centre is out of service. The Building (and lift) are maintained by Aneurin Bevan University Health Board and we are waiting for them to repair it.

* Patients who are immunosuppressed
