For any one struggling with this, do give acupuncture a go. I’m currently treating two women with PMDD and they are getting great results. Their symptoms have lessened considerably with just a few treatments.

You’re already doing all the right things for your premenstrual dysphoric disorder, but perhaps it’s time to ask others for more help
