📮❤️ WE’VE BEEN OUT & ABOUT TODAY! ❤️📮

We’ve been pounding the pavements of Southmoor and Kingston Bagpuize, and a few in Marcham delivering leaflets by the hundreds! 👟📬😂

We popped into Southmoor Village Hall for a very welcome coffee ☕️ and ended up meeting and chatting to some absolutely lovely people — including the lovely Klair Price, who owns Kingsmoor Clinic. 🥰

That’s one of the things I love about getting out with my leaflets — it’s not just about putting them through doors, it’s about meeting people, having conversations and getting to know the local community. ❤️

So if you live in Southmoor or Kingston Bagpuize and a Slimming World leaflet has landed on your doormat today…

Feeling overwhelmed? Don’t know where to turn? Maybe you're struggling with everyday anxieties, having problems with relationships or at work, or you’d like to feel less stressed.

Perhaps you just need to be heard.

Reaching out for help can be daunting, but Tamsin provides a very supportive, calm and non-judgemental space in which you can explore your feelings, thoughts and experiences in more depth than usually happens in everyday life. By helping you to look more closely at what really matters to you, together you can work towards finding a way forward.

What you cover in your sessions will be up to you – you are free to explore whatever is on your mind, and your sessions will go at your pace.

Tamsin offers adults both short and long term weekly counselling sessions.

Have you tried reflexology? I used to hate feet and wouldn't let anyone touch mine..... until someone gave me a reflexology treatment and it changed my life!

I didn't know anything about reflexology, in fact I was working in pharmacy at the time so I was very 'sciency'. I thought it was just a nice foot massage until a point was pressed that made me yelp. It was my thyroid reflex. I was advised to see my GP, as it indicated a thyroid imbalance. What the therapist didn't know was that I had spent 3 years saying to my GP that I thought there was something wrong with my thyroid!

Long story, short.... I saw the GP, begged for the blood test and was in hospital within 36 hours of the blood being taken as it showed I had Graves Disease and was very ill. I had to have radio-iodine treatment which didn't go quite as it should have due to me being undiagnosed for so long. I ended up in hospital for weeks in a Thyroid Storm and the day I came out of hospital, I started my year long, full time Diploma in Holistic Therapies.

Here I am 23 years later, loving my job as a Holistic Therapist and owning a beautiful complementary therapy clinic. I told you that having reflexology changed my life!
