💷 Pay & Benefits
• £13.25 per hour (non-qualified)
• £14.00 per hour (Level 3 or above qualified)
• £40 per month for staff able to drive all company vehicles (pro rata for part-time staff)
• Sleep-in rate: £59.00 per night
• Time & a half for shifts on your weekend off

💙 About the Role
We are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and resilient Support Workers to join our team, supporting children and young adults with disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours.

You will work across two services:
• Oswaldtwistle – a respite centre for children and young adults
• Knuzden – an adult care home supporting young people

You’ll help create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where individuals can thrive.

✅ Requirements
• Must be 21+ (Ofsted regulations)
• Previous care/support experience (desirable, not essential)
• Experience with disabilities/challenging behaviours (advantageous)
• Level 3 qualification (desirable)
• Willingness to work towards Level 3 within 3 months
• Full UK driving licence (desirable)
• Willingness to drive company vehicles
• Enhanced DBS check required

Do you want to make a difference to children and young people’s lives?

We are a respite centre in Oswaldtwistle for children and young adults with additional needs. We are also opening a new adult supported living home in Knudzen.

Candidates must be flexible in working alternate weekends and shift work between the hours of 7am and 9pm

£11.77-£12.02 per hour

Candidates must be over the age of 21.

🗓️ full time, part time and weekend positions available
🌓 Days or Wake and Watch positions available
💰 £11.77-£12.02 depending on qualifications plus a bonus scheme of up to £2000 per year (£500 per quarter)
🥳 free DBS
🥳medi-cash scheme (money back for opticians, dentist, prescriptions, massages, podiatrist etc)
🥳meals provided when on shift
🥳refer a friend scheme - £500 bonus
🥳£100 spin the wheel monthly bonus
