Some further updates from our kidney protocol trials, with more positive feedback from our client.

For weeks 3 and 4:

Hi Christian -good morning - just wanted to do an update - urine still very frequent in a morning and petters off some nights not up at all - some days are clearer than others and some days have a strong odour - presuming that’s when it’s found more to clear - sleep is still very good even if I wake I go straight back over - the joint aches are reducing to the point in the day I don’t even notice any - headspace isn’t as candyfloss feeling but I think this will take time to start functioning properly but all very positive 🙏

Weeks 5 and 6

Hi Christian update for this week - end of 6 weeks on the protocol and although at this stage I don’t know my kidney readings until next bloods (September) I can only imagine that they will have improved. The constant getting up in the night to pass urine has decreased to once if at all - so sleep is much better quality - the urine has had stages where it’s been dark and a strong odour during the day (can only presume that this was clearing blockages and toxins out but that has gone to clear and no bubbles or froth at all more so this week. Other than the protocol working on the kidneys I feel miles better in myself , it is easier getting out of bed in a morning , less stiffness and aches. The puffiness /bloating in my face and body isn’t there in a morning even if I have had a little chocolate during the day so I am guessing it’s clearing inflammation too which is a big positive for me. The bloating does occur during the day but as I’ve monitored this it seems to be more food related than inflammation now. I can’t say that the fog has gone but my head certainly doesn’t feel like it’s stuffed with cotton wool - So on the whole everything is looking great - thank you - have a lovely weekend 🙏

Our participant for the kidney disease protocol has further updated their experiences from day 7 to 14;

Not had any headaches ✅ sleeping better ✅ I think the heavy brain fog is lifting a little 🥰
Don’t seem to be passing urine as much in the night but plenty in the day - no froth but seems to be darkish in colour.

We were looking for 2 participants to enlist and receive a free protocol for chronic kidney disease (CKD). One person did approach us and is now working their way into day 14 of their treatment. Here is an update from their first 7 days. Anybody who has CKD or is aware of its symptoms, will recognise 3 major symptoms dramatically improving very quickly.

Hi - wow what a good nights sleep I had - I’m normally up at 5 but luckily my son woke me at 5.40 I’d slept through my alarm (hope it continues) I’ve had headache all day but I can only assume that’s part of the detox so will ease with time

Hi - headache subsided by Thursday evening(within 48 hours) - passing water 3 /4 times in the night - but all good - thank you for checking in - did Bp yesterday evening and it was stable still at 119/74 - have a lovely weekend 🙏
