🌸Osteopathy at New Haw Therapy Clinic

🌿Meet Alfie and Harriet, two of the five amazing Osteopaths at New Haw Therapy Clinic.

🌸They’re both having an incredibly busy week helping patients with a wide range of injuries, aches and pains, and it has been wonderful to see the positive progress their patients are making.

⚽️ Alfie plays football for Westfield FC, so he understands the demands that sport, training and injuries can place on the body.

🌿Harriet previously competed as a national squash player and has many years of experience treating patients of all ages. She also has a particular passion for supporting mums, babies and children with gentle osteopathic care.

🌸I am so proud of Alfie, Harriet and my entire team. Every one of them brings their own knowledge, experience and genuine passion for helping people feel and move better.

🌿We are having another amazing and busy week at the clinic, doing what we love and caring for our wonderful patients.

🌒 A beautiful ending to an incredible day at New Haw Therapy Clinic. 🌒

🌸After an amazing and wonderfully busy day in the clinic, seeing so many lovely patients and helping each person on their journey towards better health, we stepped outside to enjoy the solar eclipse.

🌿There was something so serene about the light, the stillness and the beautiful golden shadows dancing across the clinic sign. It felt as though the whole world had paused for just a moment.

🌸Days like today remind me how fortunate I am to do a job I truly love, alongside an incredible team, in a clinic filled with warmth, care and positive energy.

🌿Thank you to every patient who trusted us with their care today. What a magical way to end the day. 🌒☀️❤️

☀️ Family, love, laughter and a budding Osteopath! ☀️

🌸What an amazing few weekends we have had. Last weekend, we celebrated my cousin’s beautiful wedding, surrounded by lots of aunties, uncles and cousins. There are rather a lot of us! ❤️

🌿It was three wonderful days filled with incredible food, beautiful outfits, so much love and laughter, and plenty of dancing late into the night.

🌸After another incredibly busy and rewarding week at New Haw Therapy Clinic, including being open on both Saturday and Sunday, today was all about slowing down and enjoying precious family time in the sunshine.

🌿My nephew even gave me his own very special treatment by walking up and down my back. I think we may have a budding Osteopath in the family!

🌸Our batteries are recharged, the clinic smells beautiful, the energy feels wonderful and, most importantly in this heat, it is lovely and cool.

🌿My incredible team and I are looking forward to another busy week, helping our patients move better, feel better and enjoy doing the things they love.

☀️ What a wonderful Sunday! ☀️

🌸Today was one of those days that reminds me how important it is to make time to recharge. We spent the morning at Brooklands Classic Car Day, surrounded by beautiful classic cars, fantastic food, live music and such a lovely atmosphere. One of the highlights was bumping into some of our wonderful patients. It’s always so lovely to see you out enjoying yourselves, and it means so much when you stop to say hello.

🌿Back at the clinic, our therapy dogs were doing what they do best, completely relaxed and enjoying a peaceful afternoon while I prepared everything for another busy week ahead. Walking through the clinic this evening, it smells amazing, feels so calm and welcoming, and the positive energy is incredible. Everything is ready, and we can’t wait to welcome you through our doors tomorrow.

🌸I feel incredibly grateful for my inspirational team, who care so deeply about every patient they see, and for our amazing patients who continue to place their trust in us. It really is a privilege to help people move better, feel better and get back to living life to the fullest.

💕Thirty years of friendship, love, laughter and Osteopathy. 💕

🌿Thirty years ago we met at university as Osteopathy students. We had no idea where life would take us, but we shared the same passion for helping people, and that became the foundation of an incredible friendship.

🌸 We spent Saturday afternoon together in London, catching up, laughing and honouring the journey we’ve all been on. From studying together and graduating, to working incredibly hard over the last 25 years, we’ve each built our own clinics, mentored wonderful clinical teams and had the privilege of caring for thousands of patients.

🌿Life has certainly been a roller coaster for all of us. There have been challenges, celebrations, successes and moments that have shaped us, both personally and professionally. I think that’s one of the reasons our friendship has remained so strong. We understand each other because we’ve shared so much of the same journey.

🌸I came home feeling incredibly grateful, inspired and completely recharged. Spending time with people who genuinely lift you up, make you laugh and remind you how far you’ve come is something I never take for granted.

🌿I’ll be in Clinic tomorrow with my incredible team, looking forward to seeing our wonderful patients and bringing some of that inspiration and positive energy with me. One of the things I love most is that we never stop learning, not just from courses and experience, but from each other. I truly believe that makes us better Osteopaths and better people.

🌸Here’s to thirty years of friendship, lots more laughter, never stopping learning and continuing to make a difference to the lives of the people we have the privilege of caring for.

☀️Another gorgeous Sunday spent with my family, enjoying the sunshine on a perfect midsummer’s day. ☀️

🌸Yesterday we celebrated my nephew’s 5th birthday, and today was all about enjoying more precious time together. Good food, plenty of laughter, lots of hugs and kisses, and being surrounded by love and happiness.

🌿I appreciate these moments more and more as I get older. Life moves so quickly, and it’s often the simplest days that become the most treasured memories.

🌸I feel incredibly lucky to have such an amazing family, and I’m so fortunate to be close to my Brother and Sister, it’s an unbreakable bond and I’m grateful for every moment we spend together.

🌿Mylo thoroughly enjoyed himself too, soaking up all the attention and making sure he didn’t miss out on any of the fun! We also remembered Forest and missed his gentle presence. He was always happiest when surrounded by family too. 🐾❤️

🌸Our batteries are fully recharged, and we are looking forward to seeing our wonderful patients in clinic tomorrow, helping you feel and move better for the week ahead.

🌸Happy Friday 🌸

🌿It’s been another busy and rewarding day here at New Haw Therapy Clinic ☀️

🌸Today, Osteopaths, Alfie, Harriet, Sophie and I were in clinic helping patients feel and move better, alongside Molly, our Massage Therapist. From relieving aches and pains to supporting recovery, improving mobility and helping people get back to doing the things they enjoy, it’s been another fully booked, lovely day doing what we love.

🌿I’m incredibly proud of my team. Every day they bring kindness, professionalism and genuine care to each patient who walk through our doors. It is a privilege to work alongside such a dedicated group of therapists who genuinely care about making a difference to people’s lives.

🌸Pictured is Alfie heading through the clinic with Mylo. Many of our patients will know that we recently said goodbye to our beautiful Forest. He was such a huge part of the clinic family and is deeply missed. Forest had an incredible way of making everyone feel welcome, comfortable and cared for, and his legacy continues to be felt throughout the clinic every day.

🌿Mylo, my little superstar, has been doing a wonderful job of carrying on the welcoming committee 🐾❤️. He’s been by my side, greeting patients, checking in on the team and bringing plenty of smiles along the way.

🌸It’s been another busy day at New Haw Therapy Clinic, helping our patients feel and move better while staying lovely and cool inside the clinic.

🌿This week we’ve been delighted to welcome Amy for her work experience placement. Here she is enjoying some cuddle time with our clinic therapy dogs, Mylo and Pixie, who have been making sure she feels right at home! ❤️

🌸Between treating patients, sharing plenty of smiles and enjoying a few well deserved ice lollies, it has been one of those days that reminds me just how special our clinic family is.

❤️🐾 This is what love looks like. 🐾❤️

🌿Many of you who knew Forest will also know his brother, Mylo. They were always together, so I know many of you will be wondering how Mylo is doing.

🌸At 15 years old, he has been surrounded by exactly what he loves most… family, cuddles, kisses, attention and plenty of food, so he’s currently doing very well! ❤️

🌿Pictured are my brother and nephew taking over cuddle duty while Mylo happily soaks up every second of it. He has also been enjoying strawberries freshly picked by my nephew, which disappear remarkably quickly! 🍓

🌸Moments like this remind me how lucky I am to have such a close family. We support one another, laugh together and help each other through every chapter of life. There is something incredibly powerful about knowing you are surrounded by people who genuinely care.

🌿I think this is one of the reasons I love being an Osteopath. Caring for people comes naturally when you genuinely care. Alongside my incredible team at New Haw Therapy Clinic, we have the privilege of helping people and their families feel better, move better and live life to the fullest.

🌸For now, Mylo is reminding us all that life is at its best when it is filled with love, family, laughter, strawberries and plenty of cuddles. 💕

💕Forest 💕

🌸Fourteen years of amazing adventures, unconditional love and wonderful memories 💕

🌿Many of you knew Forest, one of our much loved clinic therapy dogs. Forest’s next adventure began recently, after his journey with us came to a gentle and peaceful close, surrounded by his family and his brother Mylo. Being together was always his favourite place to be, and he began this new chapter surrounded by all those who loved him most.

🌸You may remember hearing his footsteps around the clinic as he checked what was going on. He loved saying hello to patients, and his calm and comforting presence helped so many people, especially children. Forest had the most incredible intuitive and healing nature.

🌿For 14 wonderful years, Forest filled our lives with happiness, laughter and love. Whether he was out exploring with Mylo, spending time with his family, or helping to create the warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes New Haw Therapy Clinic so special, he embraced every day with happiness, positivity and joy.

🌸We feel incredibly lucky to have shared those amazing years with such a gentle, kind and beautiful soul, and being his mummy has been the greatest privilege.

🌿We look forward to sharing more stories about Forest with you in clinic, where he will always remain part of our clinic family and part of the heart of New Haw Therapy Clinic.

🌸Thank you to everyone who loved him, cuddled him, gave him treats, talked to him and welcomed him into your lives over the years.
