🌿There is something very special about helping babies and their families.

🌸As parents, you know your baby better than anyone. Sometimes you can sense that something isn’t quite right, even when you can’t put it into words.

🌸Pictured is Harriet, one of our Senior Osteopaths, treating this gorgeous baby and Mum is having treatment too. Using gentle osteopathic techniques, we can often help babies who are experiencing tension, feeding and latch difficulties, reflux, digestive discomfort, jaw tightness, head flattening, or a preference for looking to one side.

🌿What makes me most proud, however, is the team around me. Alongside Harriet, I work with an incredible team of Osteopaths, Mike, Alfie and Sophie, together with our Physiotherapist Adrienne and the rest of our talented therapists. Every day we work together to support babies, children, parents, grandparents and entire families on their journey to better health.

🌸Cranial Osteopathy in action🌸

🌿I’m using light, precise touch to help release tension around a baby’s head and jaw while they are calm and feeding. Techniques like this can help ease congestion and pressure, so little ones feel more comfortable, breathe more easily, and feed with greater ease.

🌸Babies respond so beautifully to this kind of treatment. It’s calm, nurturing, and entirely led by them.

What a great week we’ve had

A full, busy clinic… helping so many of you move and feel better, right through to Sunday with Mike and I seeing patients today in clinic caring for our patients.

In between it all, our beautiful therapy dogs quietly snoozing, bringing that calm, comforting energy that makes the clinic feel like home. We even had my sister’s Labrador spending time in clinic too, and he absolutely loved it.

And then stepping out of clinic and straight into precious time looking after my nephew… full of laughter, fun and those simple moments that mean everything. Completely surrounded by love, just as it should be.

That feeling… of connection, care and family… is exactly what we bring into clinic every single day.

It’s not just about treatment.
It’s about how you feel when you walk through the door.
Supported, listened to and genuinely cared for.

We’ve had such a wonderful, busy week and our energy is high, our batteries are full, and we’re ready to do it all again.

🌸Osteopathy for babies is one of the most gentle and reassuring ways we can support families 🌸

🌿Pictured here with Harriet and Mike, our Senior Osteopaths, and myself, Nell, Principal Osteopath and Clinic Owner. In Mike’s arms is his baby, who came in for cranial osteopathy to help with latch issues and tummy tension. These are the moments that really matter to us, supporting not just our patients, but each other too.

🌸Today has been a busy day in clinic helping babies and children with feeding challenges, unsettled tummies and built up tension. These are concerns we see often, and with the right gentle approach, we are able to help babies feel more comfortable, more settled and more at ease.

🌸There is something truly special about this week… the arrival of the spring equinox 🌸

🌿A moment of balance, light and renewal. It feels like a natural reset. Longer days, brighter mornings and that sense of fresh energy returning.

🌸Our mornings have been filled with beautiful sunrises and quiet moments of meditation, setting the tone and intention for the days ahead. That calm and focus carries through into the clinic and into every treatment we provide.

🌿This weekend has been so wholesome spending time with my wonderful family, being out in the garden, and really noticing the beauty around us… the blossom, the fresh air, and everything beginning to come to life again.

🌸And in clinic, this week has been just as meaningful.

🌿My team and I have had a busy and fulfilling week helping our patients feel and move better. From babies to adults, every person we see matters. Alongside this, our therapy dogs have been gently supporting, bringing a sense of calm and comfort to the space.

🌸I know many of you will have been out in the garden like I have. Digging, lifting, bending… and perhaps noticing a little twinge or stiffness afterwards. I certainly felt it myself.

🌿This is exactly where we can help. A session with one of my team can make a real difference, and I will be seeing one of my colleagues for a quick MOT to keep myself moving well.
