Last night I took one of my lovely Ladies to a Show! ๐ญ
Shes a HUGE Musicals fan, She sings them every morning throughout her Personal Care, some I recognise & sing along to, and sometimes I just hum along and shimmy round the bathroom to ๐
So when I saw a Musical advertised, I asked if she'd like to go, - Needless to say, came a rapid YES!
I made sure we had front row seats for her wheelchair, Tia Maria in her hand and our eyes were glued....
20 minutes in... our laughter started, & we exchanged confused looks ๐ค
None of us had a clue on this one! a new Musical the Programme told us. The singing was superb but none of us had an absoloute clue on the story or what was going on!
But you know what...she was OUT OUT. She had her best jumper on & Id curled her hair, she had a tipple and we shared a bag of Haribo and LAUGHED, really belly laughed on the way home in the car, out in the dark, with an added 'ride through the village by night' - all things that she just isnt able to do anymore.
So the Musical didnt go as planned, but the whole night was incredible from start to finish, and we laughed ALOT!
We're already planning our next night out. Either way, we both know it'll be a cracking night because thats how solid our friendship is, thats how much trust there is....
These small things in life can make a very big difference โค๏ธ
