Can’t believe I’m actually doing a RACE FOR LIFE! 12 months ago I would have laughed and dismissed the idea. On the 9th July I’ll be doing the Race for Life for 2 special people, Andrea (sadly passed with cancer) and Lisa (who’s bravely battling and just completed her chemotherapy and starting radiotherapy)

Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli with Jasmin Rice
