Sound bath meditation 🧘‍♀️ a tool of self care that I would highly recommend, I'm not one for long winded meditations and often find them a little hard to concentrate on but a sound bath meditation allows you do drift where you need to and give you a peaceful calm meditation 🧘‍♂️.
