What do we do when we are sick?

We go into fear and reach for medication to numb the symptom. We give away our power and ask a doctor to diagnose whats happening.

We look for the easy option.

I know your body loves you so much that i won't be quiet for long. It will find another way to communicate and catch your attention. To show you where you are compromising, giving away your energy, unhappy and not willing to see it. All in an attempt to reconnect you with joy, pleasure and ease.
