As our U8 side turn their back on their first season of AEFL football, we are so proud to offer opportunities for players of all ages to enjoy football and grateful to our community partners for helping fund kit and equipment across our growing club. .

MEDICATION DELIVERY

🌟To optimize and improve our delivery system, the catchment area of the Health Centre has been divided into 4️⃣. There will be deliveries to each area ONCE per week beginning 2nd March 🌟

If you order your own monthly prescription, please allow plenty of time for the prescription to be processed, dispensed and delivered.

If the dispensary orders your prescription automatically, we will arrange delivery for you.

Please ensure you are home to accept your medication delivery 🏠

This is a service we offer in our pharmacy at Crabtree.

If you would like some advice/support please get in touch with us, we do walk in appointments or feel free to the phone the pharmacy and we will do the best to help out ☺️

There are 189 community pharmacies in Warwickshire and Coventry combined. They can provide advice and support, and even prescription medications for the following:

Sinusitis (12 years and over)
Sore throat (5 years and over)
Earache (1-17 years)
Infected insect bites (1 year and over)
Impetigo (1 year and over)
Shingles (18 years and over)
Uncomplicated urinary tract infections in women (16-64 years)

*update 9/12/25- unfortunately we still experiencing problems with the WIFI, we can now accept card payments again but unfortunately we are still having problems with the NHS system, it’s taking longer then we hoped and we do apologise for this, we will update this page when back up and running as normal*

Please take care when returning medication or items to us - we have recently received items back alongside exposed needles !
Please note, we also do not accept unused catheter bags - please dispose of these at home.
