We're so proud that Slimming World has been named the UK's most trusted weight loss programme for the second year running* ❤️🙌.

For me, trust isn't only about an award though, it's about knowing you're joining a place where you'll be welcomed, supported and never judged.

Weight loss journeys can feel overwhelming sometimes. I love that Slimming World focuses on helping people make realistic changes that fit around real life, while being supported by people who genuinely care ❤️.
