TENDING THE SACRED FLAME

This Fire Horse year has brought extraordinary intensity.
Many of us are feeling it in our own lives - through change, uncertainty, overwhelm, grief, passion, creativity and knowing that something new is trying to emerge.

In Chinese Medicine, Fire is much more than heat.
