This Saturday will be that start of a new circuits block and our last block before the summer break.

Block is £26 payment due please. For those who have already paid. Thank you.

I am going to trial offering a few PAYG spaces for circuits. These spaces are only available for the 10am class. (Other classes are full)

Circuits is a mix of CV, strength and core.

PAYG class is £7.

Next Saturday 23rd May will be the final sessions of our current block. (Session 5)

Last block before our summer break will start on Sat 30th May for 4 weeks.
