What a wonderful turnout for the very first Pure Retreat ✨

A huge thank you to everyone who joined me and made the day so special. A day dedicated to movement, relaxation and making time for YOU.

I’m so excited to launch Pure Therapy & Fitness’ very first day retreat – a day dedicated to movement, relaxation and self-care🧘‍♀️

Your day will begin at Ultimate Health & Wellness with a calming Yogalates session, followed by time to enjoy your pamper package and grazing box alongside herbal tea and fruit-infused water🍓🥖☕️

We’ll then head over to Fire & Ice to unwind with a sauna and cold plunge experience, relaxing foot spas and your own private 10-minute massage treatment, with plenty of time to switch off in the relaxation lounges before we finish the day feeling refreshed and recharged🧖‍♀️
