After spending the first half of my life searching for who I am and where I fit in the world I have eventually come to the conclusion that life is a big lesson. The difference now is that I am making the lesson fun by finding interests that really enjoy and leave me feeling fulfilled physically and spiritually. My family & friends are my back bone and the support I get is amazing even though they sometimes wonder exactly what planet I'm on. My son Jack is wonderful (ok i'm a little biased) but he has never bought me any trouble. He is pretty grounded and I could not be any more proud. I joined The Ripley Tai Chi Club and have never looked back. I have made some real good friends and I can't thank Neil our instructor (and a good friend) enough for all the support he has given and for the gentle pushes I needed to give me the confidence to be who I am today. The path I was following started to lead me towards other like minded people and everywhere I turned seemed to be someone else who was traveling similar paths and had something to share. Before I knew it I was questioning what I could give back to the world and what I could do do to change peoples lives for the better. I started looking into energies and healing and signed myself up for a course in Reiki. I am now Reiki Master Teacher and it feels pretty great. After passing my Hypnotherapy Diploma with honours in 2016. I am pleased to announce that the World Federation of Hypnotherapists have asked me to take on the duty of Hypnotherapy Trainer. All i can say is it's a big world out there and I really am enjoying my life's journey.

10 years ago I opened my first Tai Chi Class for 10 weeks. I never thought for a second I would be here now with 5 classes a week and another one starting on the 23rd of September.
I am very grateful for the team of Instructors and coaches who work so hard alongside me 🙏.
I am blessed to work closely with The Yang Family Association by zoom and in person.
Last but not least thank you to Neil Bradley and The Tai Chi Club whom I am indebted to, for without you I would never be here ☯️ 😊

Good luck at Fusion katrina's new perspectives therapy xx

Welcome to all new followers thank you for your support.
I will be moving into my new therapy room on Saturday morning at fusion yoga studios and wellbeing centre so all sessions already booked and new bookings will take place at the new venue from then.
I will put on some pictures once I'm set up.
