One of the most challenging but beneficial exercises for the whole body , inside and out.
Not just physically… mentally too 🧠⚡️

They challenge your nervous system, your discipline, your mindset, and the conversation you have with yourself when things get uncomfortable.

Burpee Challenge – Day 10 🔥

10 reps today… and it’s not just about burpees.

What I’m really training:

🧠Mental Fitness – Discipline. Showing up even when I don’t feel like it.
⚖️Emotional Fitness – Building resilience. Proving to myself I can push through.
🦾Physical Fitness – Strength, stamina, heart health, full-body power.
🔥Nutrition / Energy – Fueling my body so I can perform, recover, and stay consistent.

Nervous system work:
Teaching my body to handle stress, recover faster, and stay steady under pressure.

Story shift:
“I can’t” → “I’m getting stronger every day.”
