With over 2.9 million worldwide living with MS

Within the UK 135 people are diagnosed with MS per week.

MS is a lifelong neurological condition that affects the brain and central nervous system at present there isn't a cure.

MS isn't infectious or contagious so you can't catch it or pass it on to other people.

In Scotland they believe 1 in every 300 people have MS

May 15th - June 15th is Tourette's syndrome and other tics disorders awareness month.
A condition that can affect each person in a varying severity. There are varying symptoms of tourette's including eye blinking, twitching these are broken down into motor and vocal tics.
Tourette's syndrome is an exhausting and often painful condition which as we saw recently is often misunderstood and misjudged by others.

With summer fast approaching hopefully you have a wee city break or holiday planned.
Its always helpful to know if and how you can travel with your power assist today we are looking at the Empulse front attachments and how to safely fly with these.
Remember when travelling with your power assist on with a removable battery you will need to take these into the cabin with you. Please be aware not all batteries are the same, for flying you will need a flight safe battery that stays within the regulation sizes.

We recommend taking the flight safe certification with you on holiday.

Alt Description navy blue background with 3 moving pictures under each of the pictures it names the product and shows whether they are flight safe. Picture one shows a lady using an F35 in an airport. The second picture is a white background with a blue F55 and lastly is a man using a streetjet in a city with a blue sky.

Handover days are always full of excitement (sometimes alot of nerves too) but when Trevor came to collect his brand new Light we had to take it for a spin in the car park.

We cant wait to see the adventures Trev goes on next 🎉

Alt description video reel starts with a navy blue background saying cruising on my Klaxon Light, the video then shows Trev riding his Klaxon at the end he comes right towards the camera. This month is dedicated to shining a light and raising awareness for people with Ehlers- Danlos syndrome (EDS) and hypermobility spectrum disorder (HDS) both of which are complex, multisystemic conditions.

People with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) are referred to as "medical zebras" because they are rare, often overlooked, and have unique symptoms, similar to how zebras are rare compared to horses.

Alt description Instagram carousel with a white background Albion's logo is in the top right of each page at the bottom of each page is a zebra print each page is connected by a blue arrow that goes between each page.

Page shows Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, awareness month is in a black background there is a blue arrow connecting each page.

Page 2 EDS/ HDS is a connective tissue disorder.

Page 3  EDS HDS causes hypermobility, skin hyperextensibility, tissue fragility and more.

Page 4 At least 1 in 3,100- 5000 have EDS

Page 5 EDS can be passed from parent to child

Page 6 When you see a zebra you know its a zebra, but no two zebras are identical in strips. Just as no two people with EDS or HDS are the same.
