We have recently launched our Lunch & Learn initiative : 🐝“Be Healthy, Bee Happy” 🐝

As a way to give back to local businesses, raise awareness of the importance of nutrition, and hopefully lay some groundwork towards a healthier and more active employee base.

We know that many local companies are committed to the health and wellbeing of their staff, and that a healthier workforce is a more productive workforce.

As part of the Lunch & Learn, we would visit the premises and do a short presentation on basic nutrition and the importance of certain daily habits

We will also give the participants a mini body scan so they get an interesting look at the composition of the body in terms of body fat, muscle and internal age.

Check out Stella 🐝

These results from Stella in her Bee Happy journey are absolutely incredible. Since making the decision to take charge of her health she has:

🐝 Dropped 4 stone
🐝 Lost 14.1% body fat
🐝 Melted 6 litres of internal visceral fat
🐝 Shrank by 105cm
🐝 Got younger by an insane 30 years!!!

Having been on previous weight loss journeys before Stella knew what it took but her biggest fear was was feeling miserable in the process.

Well she did do it, and she didn’t feel miserable, in fact, she feels amazing and has grabbed life by the horns with a renewed zest for the outdoors & adventures.

Since August:

🐝 visceral fat down 2 Litres
🐝 66 cms loss all over.

💪 hydration increased

✨ non scale victories ✨
🙌🏼 lots more activity now
🙌🏼 waking up sharp
🙌🏼 amazing energy

Suzanne has really upped her exercise now and is walking/jogging to club 3x per week. This is a result of feeling fitter & younger thanks to nutrition, first & foremost.

Trust that If I had told Suzanne she would be doing this in her first evaluation she would have ran out the door and I wouldn’t have seen her again 😂😂

So on Wednesday we also had an amazing review for Bronwyn 💪🐝

In just 3 months:

🐝 visceral fat down 1 & half Litres
🐝36.5 cms loss all over.

Bronwyn has an amazing routine now which is helping her get the fantastic results. She is even making time for workouts, prepping her meals and despite being in a new job is staying focussed on her wellbeing.

🐝 97.5cms loss all over.

Hazel has done absolutely amazing 🤩 she has transformed her life by making simple changes, trusting the process & fueling her body properly.

She now has her trusty companion Toby 🐾 who has got her out the house more & she admits if she hadn’t made these changes she would never have felt comfortable enough to become a dog mum 💛
