First up today we had Emma in for her 50 visit review 🤩 🙌🏼

🐝 weight down now 23.7 lbs - almost 2 stone.
🐝 body fat down 3.3 %
🐝 visceral fat down 2.5 Litres
🐝 50.5 cms loss all over

🐝 hydration up 2.5%

🤩 Non scale victories 🤩
🙌🏼 smaller clothes all fitting again
🙌🏼 lots more energy to get things done.

An amazing result for Emma, this last few months have been stressful with getting new kitchen in and trying to stay in routine etc but she has been really focussed the last few weeks and the results speak for themselves.

She has now lost half a metre in cms and 17 cms of that is from tummy area alone!

Not only that but Emma said she feels like she has more time in her day to get things done. We know times not changed but she feels that because she is getting up earlier, and having more energy to get moving quicker rather than pace herself. Amazing!! 🤩

What a first 10 visits for Dawn! Almost lost a ruler size in measurements, gaining muscle & a whole 3 litres of visceral fat are already gone!!! Wow 👏.

Another amazing review from yesterday, this time for Satnam 🤩

Satnam joined us whilst still on maternity leave to lose a bit of weight and get into a good routine before returning to work.

So today we had June in for her 8 month review 🤩 🙌🏼

🐝 37 cms loss all over
🐝 13 years younger
🐝 hydration up by 2.9 %

🤩 Non scale victories 🤩
🙌🏼 smashed her goals set in for wellness evaluation
🙌🏼 increased activity levels and lots more energy
🙌🏼 feeling more positive, strong & driven.

June had set some goals for her daughter’s wedding and has met them all, she is now 13 years metabolically younger than her actual age due to making amazing changes in her nutrition and lifestyle.

Also- She is feeling better now than she was when she was actually 47!
