I think this is important to share. Harvard studies, and I know there are lots more confirm that Meditation improves learning and memory.

This is great news because I am navigating brain fog in peri-menopause and so need all the tools to support my mental well being.

Nearly ready to start painting👷‍♀️👷

I can not wait to see my new space transformed into a haven of sound, Reiki and Yoga.🪬

This will be a space to clock off, to lower your shoulders and to let go of that "there was only 1 till on at the Supermarket". 🤯

My focus will be to support women who have to be "fine" at work and at home, but want a personalised way to truly relax. 😴
