What a fabulous time at Into the Wild... soundbaths. Breathwork, meditation, talks, music, food. . Ah and a bit of rain but also lots of sun. 🌞Sitting in this peaceful meditation garden in the Healing area listening to a Gong bath that was going on for a client elsewhere was just bliss 🥰

What a fantastic long weekend - from sweating in Anfield screaming and singing at the Foo Fighters concert to a magical field filled with so many special ladies at the WOW festival. I am feeling very grateful, extremely grounded and alive!!! Then back home to our special place - garden full of life 🥰🥰🥰
