Great day chatting to people at horse show with and .radnedge 🫶

Looking at movement patterns in the riding position, advice on pain management (mostly backs and hips!), how this affects you in the saddle, and ideas for moving forward.

What a lovely friendly and fun show and luckily the breeze kept the heat from melting us all! ☀️💨 lovely to see friends and clients out and about too!

A great few days at Hartpury supporting all the WCP Para Dressage riders for their final selection trial. This was a rare quiet moment to reflect before the day got going!

Riders and horses were on top form and all produced some fabulous tests and scores 🙌 I am lucky to work with such dedicated riders and also the whole WCP support team who all go above and beyond to ensure the horses and riders can perform at their best!

Next stop… World Championships!

⭐️ Here’s some highlights from a great week at the preparation show!

🍀 I feel lucky to work with this lovely lot and do have to pinch myself sometimes! From the athletes, to their riders, trainers and grooms alongside the whole World Class Program team. A genuine thirst for doing the absolute best we can to support the incredible athletes and their horses really showed from everyone.

💭 A few less atheltes at this show gave me time to watch more, reflect and spend time understanding all aspects of the teams input and how each speciality interlink and work seamlessly with each other, sometimes with out even realising.

🫶 So I come away even more inspired and excited for the season ahead as we look forward to the World Championships back at Aachen in August.

🙏 Thank you to my team at home for diligently keeping running so well & to all my clients for fitting in around a busy year with travelling. I love my home job as much as my travelling work and I’m very grateful for all the support that allows me to keep both plates spinning!

Great to have Georgie from PEC Physiotherapy join us for some learning at our Sparsholt Simulator sessions.

Look out for more dates coming soon - always so much to learn from combing these sessions with physiotherapy / Pilates and on horse work!

Huge thank you to Hannah and Liz (and Charisma!) at for both allowing me to come and shadow what they do during a mechanical horse assessment and assessing me on Charisma. Super interesting and loads to take away from the day- I will certainly be investing in some Franklin balls and resistance bands🙌🏼 If anyone is interested to know more then I would definitely look out for future dates at Sparsholt as it is so important to know what your body is doing when on a horse!

🎄 Happy Christmas from all of us! We're sending festive cheer to our wonderful clients, friends, and their furry friends.

🥉Although this year has focused on establishing a fantastic team at our clinic, Hannah's role with has been a highlight, and we're thrilled to see riders like , , and shine, achieving individual bronze medals at European Championships.

🙏 Working with every one of the British Para Riders and the entire support team on the program has truly been an inspiration.

🏇 We love being part of everyone’s riding journey, no matter your level or discipline, getting people back on a horse after injury or improving your performance in the saddle is what we are here for. So don’t forget to book your spot in our Matwork, Reformer classes, or physio check ups to keep you on track!

Clinic is open on Monday & Tuesday next week with Sophie running the ship for any urgent appointments. Please give the office a call if you need treatment during Twixmas!
