We hope that WOW is a place where people can chat and make friends - whilst getting fit and healthy at the same time - a bit like going for coffee but with exercise thrown in. We have an instructor with you, partly to make sure that you do the exercises correctly but also to make you work a little bit harder than you would do if you did them on your own...

You can park free for an hour in Sainsbury's (remember to get a ticket though!) or free in Tesco for three hours. Or you can park right outside the door (it costs 80p per hour)
