Everyone asks about the forehead… but what about everything happening below the nose? 👀

Anti-wrinkle treatment isn’t just about softening forehead lines and frown lines.

Used carefully and appropriately, small, precisely placed doses can also help with things you might not even realise are being influenced by muscle movement…

What to know before your aesthetic appointment… 👀💉

Firstly… you do NOT need to arrive knowing exactly what treatment you want.

In fact, I’d much rather you tell me what’s bothering you, what you’d like to improve and — equally importantly — what you don’t want.

From there, I’ll do the rest. 🩷

Your appointment isn’t simply a case of “you booked filler, so let’s do filler.”

Before treating, I’ll look at your facial anatomy, proportions, symmetry, movement, medical history and overall facial balance. We’ll talk through your expectations and what will actually give you the most natural result.

And sometimes? I might suggest something completely different to what you originally had in mind.

I might recommend less treatment.

I might suggest we leave an area completely alone.

And occasionally, I might tell you that you don’t need anything at all.

That’s what a proper consultation should be. ✨

There’s no pressure to have treatment just because you’ve walked through my door. My job as your Nurse Injector is to advise you properly, keep you safe and create results that still look like YOU.

So if you’ve been thinking about booking but you’re sitting there wondering…

“But I don’t actually know what I need?”

Perfect. You don’t have to. That’s my job. 🤍

5 hills I’ll happily die on as a Nurse Injector… 👀💉

Aesthetics has changed enormously over the years, but there are a few things I will never compromise on.

For me, aesthetics isn’t about chasing every new trend or treating something simply because we can. It’s about making considered decisions that are right for the person sitting in front of me.

✨ Aesthetic medicine is still medicine.
Every treatment comes with clinical responsibility. Your medical history, anatomy, suitability and safety will always come before the treatment itself.

📚 Continuous education is non-negotiable.
You never “finish” learning in aesthetics. Techniques evolve, evidence changes and knowledge develops — and I believe my clients deserve a practitioner who continues to invest in all three.

🤍 Just because I can treat it, doesn’t mean I should.
Sometimes the right treatment is less treatment. And sometimes my recommendation will be no treatment at all. I’ll never inject simply because someone has booked an appointment or asked for a particular procedure.

✨ The best work shouldn’t scream “I’ve had something done.”
I want people to notice that you look fresher, more rested or simply really well — without being able to pinpoint exactly why.

And finally…

Natural results will always outlive trends.

Faces aren’t trends. Your features are yours, and my job isn’t to change them into whatever happens to be popular on social media that month. It’s to work with your anatomy, maintain facial balance and help you look like the best version of you.

That’s the kind of aesthetics I believe in — safe, ethical, considered and beautifully natural. 🩷

One of the questions I’m asked most about SkinPen®® microneedling is:
