So THIS was what triggered my kundalini awakening. It’s how I lost lots of excess weight - easily. How I lifted my mood - naturally. And stopped a cycle of using antibiotics MONTHLY! And came off almost all my lung meds for an alleged chronic condition.

I am not the only one! There’s lots of us. The more that learn to trust their body and their own guidance the healthier we become. And more awakened to. Is it just me or is it mainly the bio hackers who are awake AWAKE if you know what I mean?

I could talk about this subject for hours. I’m sure I’ve missed bits so please add in any, to the fellow bio hackers.

I’ll do another post on ALL the wonderful spiritual and sound healing experiences I now do daily too. That’s a new post in itself.. think grounding, sound baths, breathwork, manifesting… lots more to say.

Oh and by the way in taking the leap of faith with the bio hacking I went AGAINST my lung consultant’s advice. I was told it was for life and they wanted to add in more drugs.

I truly hope this post helps someone else follow their intuition and heal themselves. If you’re new to this, start slowly, research the heck out of everything. Look into everything and don’t just accept what you’re told without your own due diligence.
