Our approach is bespoke - Paula won’t run through a scripted routine. She’ll listen to what’s going on with your body that day, and tailor the session around it. Every massage is a conversation, not a template.

Our massage approach at Zero Gravity is bespoke - no scripted routine. Paula will listen to what's going on with your body that day and tailor the session around it. If your shoulders are locked up from desk work, that's where she'll focus. If your lower back has been grumbling since a run on Sunday, that's where she'll go. Every session is a conversation, not a template.

If you've been curious about reflexology or cupping but never quite taken the plunge, she's a great therapist to start with.
