We recently welcomed carers and the people they support from Trafford Carers Centre, an independent charity that helps unpaid carers looking after someone in the Trafford area.

The Cove Spa offers nine distinct heat experiences, each designed not only to enhance mood and promote deep relaxation, but also to provide a range of physical benefits. This includes our salt therapy sauna, which supports respiratory health, and our juniper wood sauna, known for its natural antiseptic properties.
