While I’m there to hit the social floor and soak up the salsa magic with you all, my main mission is to keep your body moving smoothly all weekend.

By day: Beach yoga & well-being sessions to reset your nervous system. 🧘🏽‍♀️🌊

By night (or early morning!): Super specific “Yoga for Dancers” recovery sessions designed to undo all that tension from dancing until 8AM.

Yes, the timetable will be a last-minute surprise (festival life! 😅), so keep your eyes on the programme board.

I’ll be there to help you fix your hips, release your lower back, and get you ready for another round on the Dancefloor with incredible dance teachers they have there.
