What is the NHS App?
The NHS App is provided by the NHS. It gives you easy access
to NHS services and health information on your phone or
tablet. You can also log in on a computer at nhs.uk or contact
your GP in the usual ways.
You can use the NHS App if you are aged 13 or over and
registered with an NHS GP surgery in England or the Isle of Man.
To get full access to the growing number of services in the NHS
App, you will need to prove who you are. Go to nhs.uk/nhsapp
for help setting up the app.
Not all services are available to everyone. What you can access
depends on the services offered by your GP surgery.

On Saturday 20th June you are invited to a workshop on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) being held at Rectory Meadow Surgery provided by Parveen Haynes, local solicitor, and Dr Lyn Jenkins, retired local GP, Chair of Chiltern Compass

This informative workshop will:

• Explain what LPAs are and why they are important
• Provide a step-by-step walkthrough of the LPA forms and what to consider when completing them
• Highlight safeguards that can be included in the LPAs to protect you and your interests

The workshop is designed to be practical, easy to understand, and suitable for anyone.

We would like to clarify that this email address is legitimate and is used to send official, automated patient communications generated via EMIS Web® on behalf of our practice.

To help prevent patient confusion and reduce the risk of important communications being missed, we have been asked by our clinical system Emis to make patients aware of the following:

Emails from [email protected] are official, legitimate and safe to open
Patients should continue to exercise caution and remain vigilant for any similar-looking or altered email addresses, which may indicate phishing attempts.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping to ensure clear, secure, and reliable communication.
