Eight weeks. Eight kriyas.

One nervous system.

Most of us are running slightly too fast, and have been for years. The body adapts and then one day it stops adapting.

From Monday 19th October we work through that properly. Spine, breath, adrenals, navel.

What’s been held as well as what’s been spent.

We finish on a kriya built to make a body that can hold pressure without breaking.

Every week you leave with a short sequence to take home. Not homework but something to reach for at three in the morning, or on the Tuesday when it all goes wrong.

Home from a magical 10 days at the Gong Master Training. 24 people came together from 11 different countries. Under the guidance of our 4 incredible teachers we co-created a space of learning, experimentation and a sharing of love for Gongs, music, science, singing, astrology, quantum physics and anything else you can imagine that comes out of spending any time in the Gong Space.

So grateful for the generosity and kind hearts of our teachers who shared the learning form the lineage that started with the great Don Conreaux and is living on in all our hearts today.

Looking forwards to sharing my new learning with you all.

See you in the Heart of the Gong Space. Xx
