Shambala Festival its been magical as always! Thunderstorms brought rainbows and it wasn’t too wet in the end ✨ Not many photos taken as usual. Insights: It is official! Sprinkles can be used instead of glitter especially relevant if the musical lyrical outfit (Sat night theme) was meant to represent ‘Pour Some Sugar on Me’ which a couple of people guessed although it involved pouring a lot of sprinkles over my head 😂🧁 Roller disco was amazing especially at midnight ✨ The biggest surprise was to see the same tent that was at Defqon where we witnessed the unforgettable Britney rave (hardstyle at Shambala? I didn’t think I’d see the day) and Reflex had even better vibes. And most of all enjoyed spending time with my friends and discovering new artists.

Medicine Festival was loosely pencilled into my diary, alongside a couple of other options for that week. But the sequence of events unfolded with such magical precision that, three days beforehand, I managed to get hold of a ticket and decided to come on my own.

I didn’t really know anything about it apart from seeing a few things online, so I went in with complete trust and I was in for a BIG surprise. I thought it was going to be around 2k people… turns out it was more like 10k😂

The best bits obviously didn’t get captured, because who’s got time for that?!

✨ Highlights ✨

• Experiencing 10k people celebrating and partying for five days with no alcohol and feeling the energy of that was something else.

• So many synchronicities that I eventually stopped counting (and I’m still surprised)

• Witnessing first-hand what is possible with future gatherings like this has left me with SO much hope

• Meeting a bunch of gorgeous people and making new lovely connections ❤️💚💜Yay! 🥰

• Having my first ever hand pan lesson! 🛸

• The music was exceptionally good and I had no idea there was going to be much dance music at night, so needless to say I was VERY happy💃

• I was lucky enough to make it to three breathwork sessions. I’ve never worked in groups this large before, and I had some major releases every single time. In fact, that was completely unexpected. I don’t usually experience a lot of release through breathwork, but at Medicine it was like rocket fuel🚀

So much more to say. Very, very happy ❤️

June has been eventful! I have moved house 🏠

From the end of April to now drop!

Life has been so wonderfully busy. I am assisting teaching in London on the Energy Healing Course with the once a month and now have a second weekly yoga class in Chippenham ❤️

In summary I have been between Cornwall, Wiltshire and London, and the festival season is finally open 💫

I am confirmed to be working at Green Gathering so come and see me in the Healing Field for in-person sessions. Other festivals are TBC

The most amazing sequence of events happened on Sunday, when, after a Kundalini yoga class and a crystal healing soundbath, I randomly walked into Charli 2na's performance, rapping Jurassic Five songs - this was a total highlight!

June is lining up to be very full but on that later 💫

Happy Solstice!

I had another soulful celebration at Stonehenge, the only two days of the year when you can go inside the circle.

I went with my mum, and we arrived early enough to secure a spot in the circle to hear and participate in the ceremony, as well as dance to the drums.

The sun, unfortunately, was behind the clouds, even though half of the sky was blue, which was very promising. One day I’ll see it! The last time it was overcast as well, but the atmosphere always makes up for it.

A truly festive start to the holidays! Wishing you a joyful season with your loved ones.

Do affirmations really work?

They help reprogram the mind, but real transformation happens when we also heal the energy underneath - the beliefs, emotions, and old patterns that shape us.

I love affirmations as part of a balanced energy practice. They are simple, supportive, and powerful.

This is my current healing room. Love this space! This is where I work from whether sessions are remote or not.

Most of my healings are done remotely as I work with people all over the world. Most of my clients prefer to receive it in the comfort of their own home (or on holiday!).
