To all our patients and customers,
We would like to apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused recently as a result of our changeover to a brand-new computer system, designed to significantly improve the level of service we provide.
Unfortunately, as with all major system changes, the process involves a great deal of complexity, time, and stress behind the scenes, which has unfortunately led to some delays and disruption to our normal service.
We would like to thank you all for your patience and understanding during this transition period and ask you to please bear with us for another week or so while everything settles into place.
The good news is that once complete, we will have a massively improved system that will help us provide an even better service to all our patients and customers. We are also very excited to soon be announcing a number of new services โ and of course we will be delighted to welcome any new customers who wish to join us.
