For years, I thought I was just “too much.”
Too sensitive. Too emotional. Too talkative. Too different.
What I didn’t know was that ADHD was sitting quietly underneath so much of what I struggled with — rejection sensitivity, overwhelm, emotional reactions, impulsivity, overthinking, and feeling misunderstood.
So many adults come to me saying things like:
✨ “I’ve always felt different.”
✨ “I can’t seem to get on top of life.”
✨ “Why does everything feel harder for me?”
✨ “I thought I was just lazy/disorganised/anxious.”
Getting an ADHD assessment can be life-changing. Not because it “labels” you — but because it helps things finally make sense.
When we understand how our brain works, we can stop blaming ourselves and start finding the right support, strategies, and tools.
I now work with adults who are wondering whether ADHD may be part of their story too. If you’ve been questioning things lately, you are very welcome to reach out for a friendly, informal conversation about assessment and support options. 💛
You do not have to keep struggling alone.
