'In September 2025, my family and I realised my parents needed additional support to continue living independently at home, as they were both living with different forms of dementia.
I contacted Erica at Buzzybees, it was the best decision I could have made.
From the very first call, Erica reassured me that her team could provide the support we needed and quickly put a suitable support package in place, giving us confidence that my parents would be in safe and caring hands.
We especially valued the continuity with just two regular support workers visiting. This allowed strong, trusting relationships to develop and over time the support workers became familiar, friendly faces who my parents genuinely looked forward to seeing.
Buzzybees also kept me well informed of any important changes and were always available to listen, offer guidance and help resolve any concerns.
This ongoing support was invaluable, particularly as I was managing it from a distance and had very little experience of dementia care.
