Let’s talk about the movement that has become increasingly visible over the past few years — the movement of healing through breathwork, somatics, meditation, and embodied practices.
This is something I’ve not only observed but also been deeply involved in myself. And what I’ve noticed is a growing trend of people trying to profit from your wellbeing — through extremely expensive courses, overpriced sessions, and limited support.
I understand the importance of money in today’s world. Without it, we can’t move forward or create the lives we want. But for me, healing holds a deeper value than money alone.
I have personally invested significant amounts into my own training — in counselling, somatics, life coaching, transformational coaching, intuitive movement, breathwork, holosomatic bodywork, meditation teaching, and yoga (which I am still completing). And I am truly grateful for the knowledge I’ve gained and the practices I can now embody.
But what I want to create is something different.
I want to build a movement that makes healing accessible. Not through four-day intensive courses followed by zero support, but through ongoing, meaningful guidance for those who genuinely want to learn, grow, and create change in their lives.
Many people are drawn into this niche, but don’t realise that in large organisations, you can easily become just another number. In smaller, heart-led practices, you are seen, supported, and valued — you are part of something more personal.
I don’t want to prey on people. I want to educate in a simple, grounded way — so that even after the first session, you leave with tools you can begin to use. What you do with those tools is ultimately your choice.
But let me ask you — how many courses have you attended, only to stop practising shortly after? How often did that happen because you had no support?
That’s exactly my point.
Of course, every practitioner has the right to charge what they feel is fair. But in my practice, money is secondary only because I charge less. It doesn't mean I have less knowledge or I am not competent. It is my choice to work with what matters most, which is real, lasting impact.
As always with love,
