The NHS has started its winter flu vaccination programme. Carers are eligible for a free flu jab, and can book now for appointments from 1 October.

Vaccinations help to protect the people who are most at risk from flu, so make sure you book yours. And you can book for the person you care for too.

Our hospitals are extremely busy: as well high numbers of patients on our wards, we are seeing significant attendances at both our Emergency Departments.

🤝Can you help by collecting a patient who is ready to leave?
💊Is it possible to get treatment from another provider if you are not seriously unwell or injured?

We need to be able to see and treat those who need us most. Your help with collecting patients who are ready to leave or only attending an ED in life or limb threatening circumstances is greatly appreciated.
