SUMMER WORKSHOP.

What to look forward to.

Meditation - to help take you into deep relaxation, followed by the healing beat of the shamanic drum, allowing your thoughts to drift like clouds while you rest in perfect stillness.

Crafting - this will be a beautiful session, one that I am very much looking forward to.

Symbology - Julie Anne will be showing you how symbols can help change the way you look at things and their deeper meaning.

Oracle Cards - often used for reflection, intuition and bringing emotional clarity. Yvette will be sharing her vast knowledge with you all, helping you understand the cards you choose.

Sound Bath - Janet will take you on a sound journey, helping you completely switch off from the humdrum of life. Including, gongs, chimes, crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, native Indian flute and other instruments.

We will also share Shunyata, the silence after the sound.

There will be snacks and drinks throughout the afternoon.
