Inspired by the wild, botanical magic of Practical Magic — a late-summer gathering of herbs, ritual, beautiful food and a little everyday magic.

Join us for an immersive day in the meadow where you’ll…

🌿 Step into our Herbal Apothecary and create a collection of botanical preparations to take home — think calendula, h**p, hedgerow berries, warming spices and honey.

🔥 Experience Holy Fire® Reiki, guided meditation and deep relaxation with Luna Rose Wellbeing.

🕯 Gather for a beautiful candle and parchment intention ritual — releasing what has finished and making space for what you want to call in as we move towards autumn.

🍎 And finally, come together around the table for our Magic in the Meadow Feast — an abundant, seasonal lunch inspired by the September garden, orchard and hedgerow.

Expect candlelight, herbs and flowers, blackberries and apples, beautiful food, apothecary making and a few magical details we’re keeping secret until the day…

You’ll leave with your own handmade apothecary creations, your intention to carry into the new season and hopefully that wonderful feeling of having disappeared from ordinary life for a few hours.

Hosted by Dr Kim Jessica Jackson, Gastroenterologist, Hepatologist, Integrative medicine and holistic nutrition consultant and Director of The Hearth Institute. Each evening takes one fascinating area of gut health and explores what the evidence actually tells us, what we’re still discovering and what it might mean for our everyday lives.
