When they ask, is there anything else to add, don't forget to tell them that young people can't get home from work due to the lack of public transport on an evening and on a weekend.

The offer in this proposal, in my opnion, is weak.

We need public transport that serves and supports the community to live independently, safely and without being forced to use private cars adding congestion on the roads and using taxi companies.
