Happy birthday to my beautiful boy Jason, who brings so much joy and love to my heart and the hearts of so many others. He amazing in so many ways. He is my rock, the love of my life. Many happy returns Jason and to many more of them. May this day be as sunny as your smile, and as beautiful as you are. I hope you have the happiest and best Birthday ever.

I wrote this song several years ago and I have now managed to add my own vocals (they have been adjusted a little) and created this song via Suno. I hope you like it Jason

Hello beautiful people, we've just completed our check-in, an eclipse special, and it was just awesome to connect with everyone, our tribe, our spiritual family; it was amazing to see you all!

We worked on releasing old non-serving programmes this week, working with the subconscious mind on many occasions. Tonight, like dark moon day, we did shadow work. We faced something in us that we feel is unlovable. We explored where the shadow came from, why we suppress that aspect of self, who taught us it and we identified with how it serves us, what it has taught us and then did a lot of processing and healing. It takes courage to do such work and I'm so proud of everyone!

We also used the eclipse energies to manifest how we want to feel, creating aligned opportunities in our lives. The eclipse season is the most ideal time to work on our "stuff". Boy oh boy, did we work on our stuff.

Thank you for being part of August Spiritual Check-in (eclipse Special; online retreat) and I look forward to another check-in during September. Everyone is welcome to join!
