Taking full advantage of tonight’s full moon to charge some of my crystals under the Buck Moon. ✨💛

Tonight’s full moon feels incredibly poignant as it’s very much about shedding and regeneration, personal growth and inner strength. Having navigated some pretty weighty challenges this past year I am embracing this opportunity for renewal with excitement and positivity.

Just like a buck sheds their old antlers to grow a stronger and larger set, this powerful full moon is the perfect moment to let go of old habits and limiting mindsets that hold us back and to step into a renewed version of ourselves. So I’ll be stepping outside tonight to soak up the full moon so it’s not just the crystals that will be recharging.

The past 12 months I’ve endured some of the most worrying and sad times but I’ve realised how important this simple little message is. Often it’s not been practical to unplug but more recently the opportunities are there and I’m taking them all, whenever and wherever I can to unplug. It resets, recharges and gives you all you need to keep going. So find your time to unplug too. Even if it’s just for a few minutes✨💛

Today these are my very happy and chilled little feet snuggled under the blanket in my Reiki Room!! Came in here to do a meditation share with the lovely Heidi Lawton at UK Reiki Federation, and then did myself a much needed self reiki treatment. All while feeling super cosy and listening to the rain outside. Magical ✨💛
