• 400g chicken breast fillets
• 2 bell peppers
• 1 red onion
• 240g chickpeas
• 1 tbsp paprika

• 60g green olives

• 150g tzatziki

High-protein overnight oats that will keep you going for the next three days’ breakfast, a convenient and healthy option for busy mornings 🍓🫐🥝

Ingredients per serving:

1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup plant milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup wild blueberries
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Blend the milk, protein powder and blueberries then mix all the ingredients together in a jar.

Top with your favourite fruits. We use blueberries, strawberries and kiwi 👌🏻

Store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
