Just a gentle reminder that next Tuesday, during Chatty morning at Ye Olde Fighting C***s, we will be holding a Residents family meeting. It’s a great opportunity to find out what’s going on in the home, to have you say (we welcome all feedback, good and bad) and to meet other families. We would love for you to join us.

And that is exactly what we have been doing today! We were so busy enjoying tin can alley, bowling 🎳 and our walk along the prom (albeit for icecream🍦), that we didn't think about the fact we were exercising!
Did you know, bowling provides a low impact, full body workout💪, disguised as fun! (not to mention improving our hand eye coordination, stability, agility and helping keep us mobile).
