If you’ve already been to my little room of tranquility you’ll already know how it feels being in here.. the scents, the warmth, the cosiness 🤎 if you haven’t yet booked in but have been thinking about it, this will just give you a little snippet of what to expect.

If you have been in for a treatment, I’d love to hear what your favourite thing about the space is.. 🙂✨

Thank you so much to everyone who has reached out, offered to help and shared their stories and experiences with me. I’m genuinely so grateful for every message and for the trust people have shown in sharing something so personal.

I’ve now filled the two case study spaces I needed, so I’m all sorted for my training. Once I’m fully qualified in the coming months, I’ll be sharing more about my oncology massage treatments.

I’m really looking forward to being able to offer this gentle, supportive approach as part of my practice and to provide a safe, calming space for women who may benefit from it.

Thank you again to everyone who shared my post or has reached out to me.. your willingness to share your stories with me has genuinely meant so much.

Thanks again,
Hannah 🤍

🌙 ONCOLOGY MASSAGE CASE STUDY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED 🌙
Hello! I am currently completing my Oncology Massage Diploma and I’m looking for two female volunteers to take part in my case studies.
I’m looking for women who are either currently living with cancer, or who have previously had cancer and are experiencing ongoing effects following treatment.
Each volunteer would receive three complimentary oncology massage sessions with me as part of my training. The sessions are gentle, supportive and individually tailored, with a full consultation before each treatment.
📍 Sessions will take place at my home treatment room in Tarbet.
If you, or someone you know, may be suitable and would like to find out more, please send me a private message. And please feel free to share this post with anyone you think may be interested. 🤍
🌿 I also currently have availability for my usual massage treatments.
If you’re looking for a relaxing, therapeutic massage, you can find my treatments, availability and booking information through my booking link.
Thanks,
Hannah 🤍

Your nervous system means everything… EVERYTHING. 🤎

It’s there quietly working behind the scenes.. influencing how you breathe, sleep, digest, respond to stress, feel pain and so much more..

So sometimes, after spending your days doing, giving, thinking and looking after everyone else…

you just need somewhere to stop.

To breathe.
To soften.
To switch off for an hour. 🌙

Massage is about more than muscles. It’s about giving yourself a little space to pause, be cared for and reconnect with yourself..

You deserve to feel good in your body 🤎

Massage isn’t about fixing you. It’s about giving your body and mind a little space to slow down.

And this is exactly what I’ll be doing right now after my little flurry of social media posts 😂👋🏼

Not every massage therapist works in the same way, and that’s a good thing.

I’m not a remedial therapist, and I’m not here to diagnose injuries or promise to “fix” chronic pain.

What I am here for is helping you feel good in your body.

That might mean gentle pressure. It might mean something firmer. It might mean working around a few little niggles, some post-gym DOMS, or simply giving you an hour where you can properly switch off.

We’ll find what feels good for you. No forcing, no working into pain, and no belief that you have to feel battered afterwards for your massage to have been worthwhile.

I work with women only, from my little home studio in Tarbet. 🤍

If that sounds like your kind of massage, I think you’ll like it here.

Remember me? 👀

I’ve been a little quiet on here, but for good reason…

Thank you for bearing with me while I finished my diploma. Behind the scenes, I’ve been studying, learning and creating new treatments.. including my new Signature Facial 😌

Completing this diploma has completely changed the way I look at massage. Learning more about the nervous system and the power of touch has given me a fresh perspective on what a treatment can really be — so much more than just the techniques we use.

I’m so excited to bring this new knowledge and fresh perspective into my treatments, and I can’t wait to welcome you back soon.

A huge thank you to Rachel and Cath The Glasgow School of Massage for creating such a brilliant learning environment and for sharing their knowledge throughout the course.

And of course, a huge shoutout to my fellow students — we supported each other through the studying, the assessments, the nerves and the “how are we supposed to remember all of this?!” moments 🤣 I couldn’t have asked for a better group to share the journey with. 🤍

I’m now undertaking my oncology massage diploma, I’ll be gradually opening my books again over the coming months. Thank you for your patience, support and for sticking with me while I’ve been radio silent.

Hannah 🌙✨
